We are located in Creek View Estates in Johnson City.  Creek View Apartments offers many amenities to its residents at affordable rates. All apartment homes are energy efficient and handicap units are available. Amenities include secured storage, ceiling fans, self cleaning ovens, dishwashers, private patios, full size washer and dryer connections and much more. Creek View Apartments also accepts Section 8 Vouchers. All floor plans require a $300 Security Deposit and there is a $15 Application Fee for each applicant.
